Biography

Graham Marchant is a Sydney based artist who resides and works in Balmain having relocated here from England in 1981. Trained to Masters level in the UK, tertiary level, I have been the recipient of innumerable awards and artist residencies over the years and have worked in Paris; Italy; Spain, United Kingdom; New York and Vermont as well as undertaking residencies in Australia. I have had twenty- three one-person exhibitions and participated in over sixty significant group exhibitions. My principles activities are painting (oil and watercolour) drawing and printmaking.
